Our Legacy
Founded by Stephen Hendrix over 30 years ago, our business has been built on a foundation of trust and expert service. Steve, an expert mechanic, dedicated his career to ensuring every vehicle that left our shop was in top-notch condition. Recently retired, Steve has passed the torch to his son William, who shares his father's passion and expertise.
William Hendrix, known to everyone as Billy, has a lifetime of experience in automotive repair. When he was four years old, he showed an early fascination with vehicles, and the rest is history. Under the mentorship of his father, Billy received a ‘hands on’ education. He became intuitive when it came to diagnostics and repairs, and uses that every day in the shop.
Known for his honesty, hard work, and loyalty, Billy has built a strong reputation of excellence in the community. Customers frequently seek out his expertise when others cannot resolve their automotive issues, and many would entrust only Billy with their vehicles. As the new owner of Steve’s Automotive he is continuing the tradition of quality service, integrity of work, and straightforward communication.
